A: ”In Simple Language” is a free educational financial blog that is written and administered by Richard Sowa, who has been in the financial services industry for over 30 years. Rich is intent on helping to fix the financial literacy problem all over the world and created this blog to help do just that. If you are an individual or small business owner and have a issue with a financial term, financial concept or financial idea, and have not been able to find a simple answer to your issue then post your question, comment or suggestion on this blog. Q: What types of businesses do you specialize in?
A: My main niche market is financial companies such as banks, brokerage firms, insurance companies, credit unions, savings & loans, mortgage companies. Although I have worked with non-profits.

A: Mostly direct clients.
Q: What is your background?
A: I have been in the financial services business for over 30 years. Check out the “About Author” tab on the home page for a more detailed bio on me.
Q: What assurance do I have that you will deliver great copy?
A: I guarantee all my work and will discuss in greater detail what I provide for you on a project by project basis.
Q: How do you handle revisions?
A: I normally provide two free revisions with most projects.

A: Yes. I like people. I strive for projects that are a win/win for all parties involved.

A: I pride myself on being on time in everything I do and will work deligently to meet any and all deadlines.

A: My fees are based on a project by project basis. I will be more than happy to discuss any RFPs.
Q: Do you handle design and production as well?
A: I have preferred vendors that I deal with that handle this aspect of all projects. My function is copy only.

A: I have a vast knowledge base, a proven track record of being able to work with clients, excellent listening skills, and timely delivery of all projects.
